I am a birth and bereavement doula. In the realm of birth, I feel called in particular to moms who are looking for a different (postiive, calm, controlled) birth experience. Healing past hurts and fears and bringing in calm and steady feel to a subsequent birth is my passion. I have experience with VBAC moms, multiples, first time moms, and subsequent babies. I also have a heart for bereavement work and hope to help heal some hearts and add positive birth experiences to very hard situations of loss. My core is my birth work, but bereavement is on my heart.
As a Hypno-doula, I provide the same level of respect, calm, compassion, and steady support that I do my non-Hypnobabies clients. Utilizing the tools, cues, positive language and all that Hypnobabies encompasses, I am able to fully support Hypnobabies moms through their relaxed, comfortable childbirth. I love the knowledge, commitment, and mindset of Hypnobabies moms. Those births are such a joy.
