I am the small business owner of Ten Moons Birth in Grand Junction, Colorado.
I love to help woman have a satisfying experiences with their pregnancy and birth. I believe that education is key to become an empowered healthcare consumer, and that is why I love teaching Hypnobabies! Plus, it is truly and honor when a mother invites me to her birth as her Hypno-Doula. Every birth is different and we get to learn and grow together. My training is with Hypnobabies, so, I only take Hypnobabies student as my Hypno-Doula Clients.
I have 3 wild and crazy boys. My first, Jonah, was born on Christmas in 2009. It was an amazing, un-medicated birth! I knew there was something else I could do with my second birth, not better by all means, but different. I found a Hypnobabies class three hours away, and drove there and back for 6 weeks! I had a painless birth with Hypnobabies a week later! Jude was born at home in 2012. I wanted to share my experience with more than just sharing my birth story. So, I became an Instructor and Hypno-Doula! My third son, Jay, was born at a local birth center in 2014, of course using Hypnobabies!
