I am a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Educator and Hypnobabies Doula. I studied Hypnobabies for the birth of my second child and I personally know how well this program can create an easier and more comfortable birth experience, As a midwifery student I am on my journey of learning the physical and emotional aspects of supporting women, fathers, babies and families in their birth journeys, I have assisted at home and hospital births, and believe in a holistic approach to birth. I also incorporate the use of mindfulness and prenatal yoga.
I am passionate about helping pregnant people know about all of their options regarding birth.With this knowledge they will go on to make the best decisions for themselves and have the best birth possible.
As a Hypno-Doula I will encourage my clients to use their hypnosis tools for an easy and comfortable birth.
