I'm a birth doula who loves to coordinate babywearing support meet-ups, and ice-dye events where people can dye their own clothes or wraps/carriers.
I have an Etsy shop where I sell items such as dyed belly binding wraps and doll slings.
My first baby was born in the hospital. After that experience I decided I needed to arm myself with tools to help me relax. I chose the Hypnobabies self study program and also decided on a home birth. I felt the surges as pressure and intensity just as I had anticipated. I was completely comfortable until I hit transformation. The phase was short and intense, though never painful. The entire experience was life changing and led me to want to support others on this incredible journey.
Since then I've had another baby using the program and have supported around 45 families during their birth experiences. About 15 of those used Hypnobabies and another 5 used other Hypno programs.
I really like how Hypno families look forward to their birthing experience. I also appreciate the way Hypnobabies families are informed about the birth process as well as how they come into their birthing time confident about their relaxation techniques.
