I will provide you with as many empowering "tools" as possible, in order to help you become as knowledgeable as possible in this trying time of Covid, no matter where you labor and birth. I have been a Certified Massage Therapist with special focused training in Prenatal and Postpartum Massage for six years. My experience with reducing stress, anxiety, and fear have been incorporated through my college studies and volunteerism in Family Social Science, volunteer doula work in the Twin Cities Community, as well as work with abuse survivors. No matter what your life experience and background, I will do my best to support you in pursuing the birth experience you wish to have.
