I have been teaching Hypnobabies childbirth classes since 2012. I am a DONA trained birth doula, Hypnobabies Certified Hypno-Doula, and I also offer breastfeeding support.
I have been blessed with six beautiful children. Birth and motherhood have taught me much about myself and helped me to grow and learn in powerful ways. When I became pregnant with my third child, I prepared for his birth by taking the Hypnobabies course. For the first time, I experienced the way birth is meant to be - gentle, kind, and peaceful, and it transformed me in such a powerful way. I knew immediately after his birth that I wanted to be a Hypnobabies Childbirth Instructor and doula.
I have been a Hypnobabies Instructor and birth doula since 2012. Birth is my passion and I love teaching Hypnobabies classes. It is so rewarding to see my student's eyes light up when they learn that birth can be a peaceful, joyous event. Motherhood is a journey and I am dedicated to educating, supporting, and encouraging women (and their partners) through their journey.
