In addition to teaching Hypnobabies classes, I am also a Midwife with Premier Birth center!
I am a happy Hypno-mama, who had incredible home births with my daughter and son. My experiences of natural, peaceful, and amazing home births strengthened my desire to help women find their own voices and truly own their birth experiences. I believe in the beauty, strength, and power of every Mother and their RIGHT to an amazing birth experience. I am passionate about birth work, and I feel strongly that education is the bedrock to a positive birth experience.
Hypnobabies offers such an important dynamic, and I am excited to educate as many families as possible so that we can work together to shift the paradigm of the birth experience! My purpose as an instructor is to support you through YOUR journey, and to provide you with the education and tools you need to have an amazing birth. Our classes are full of the most recent evidence-based care information and I am eager to share such valuable information with you! Learning is always easier when it's fun, so I encourage you to relax and laugh during classes.
