As a doula, I have attended many different kinds of births- natural, medicated, c-sections, surrogate births, Bradley Births and Hypnobirths. All of them have been amazing in their own way, but the births I always left feeling the most in awe of were Hypnobabies births. They were always the most educated parents and the births were always so calm, peaceful and EASY! I decided that I had to learn all about hypnosis and using the techniques that Hypnobabies teaches. I went through the training to become a Certified Hpnobabies instructor and fell more and more in love with the program. In February of 2014 I had my own Hypnobabies birth. My son Leo was born at home, weighing 10 pounds, and was the easiest, most comfortable of all of my births!!!
