I have been supporting women using hypnosis for birth for over ten years now and those births have always been some of the most calm, joyful, empowering births I've had the honor of witnessing. I love how hypnosis allows women to feel ready and excited to give birth and I love being able to help each woman or couple prepare in a way that so often facilitates their hopes and dreams for their birth coming true.
