Hypnobabies was introduced to me by a client about 6 years ago. She labored in such a beautiful, connected and peaceful way that I started to recommend Hypnobabies to all my clients. Without a doubt moms that used Hypnobabies usually have smoother, more peaceful and shorter labors. I had the pleasure of trying it out myself, with my second birth, the birth of my daughter. I was so relaxed and calm that as a laboring woman I found it hard to believe I was in active labor, but as a doula I knew I was. An 8 hour beautiful, peaceful labor and birth that only really intensified the last 20 minutes and even then I was able to let go and refocus on my breath and allow my body to do it's thing in a loving and connected way. It is a real blessing to have had and to support Hypnobabies births.
