I began my first pregnancy excited to welcome a baby to our family, but scared of giving birth. Surprisingly, my research into medication for birth helped me to see that there are many options available to birthing women besides pain or drugs. I went on to have three beautiful, comfortable births using self-hypnosis instead of medication. After my second baby arrived, I realized I wanted to help other families learn about their options for having a more enjoyable birth. I have been teaching Hypnobabies since 2004 and now have the honor of training new Hypnobabies Instructors as well!
