I am currently a Certified Hypno-Doula and DONA Birth Doula. I am continuously learning, through training such as Spinning Babies, Robozo training, LeLache League training, Bradley training, studied Accupressure, the use of Essential Oils, and other Birth related training classes. I took the CAPPA certification training and received that certification for about 6 years.
I am a Certified Birth Doula in San Antonio TX and am committed to helping the birthing woman to have a safe and satisfying childbirth, as she defines it. I have seen the most peaceful and mostly pain free births when using Hypnobabies techniques. I encourage mom's to take the class and practice continually with confidence, to get the absolutely best results. I work with San Antonio Birth Doulas; a non-profit organization that provides Doula's to low income ladies and teens . I am also a member of VIVA Doulas, a San Antonio Organization that works together to assist with training, and up to date information and resources. We support our clients and each other to be the best we can be. I also work with Operation Special Delivery to support mom's whose partners are deployed and have no other family in the area.
