I am a certified Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor and a Birth Doula (training by Melanie Schöne in collaboration with Doulas in Deutschland e.V. and Debra Pascali-Bonaro on behalf of DONA International). Currently, together with being a busy mom/wife and the birth work, I study naturopathic medicine, my dream from childhood. I believe that healthy women have healthier pregnancies, easier births and healthier babies, that is why I want to support women in all aspects of their maternity experience. Because Birth Matters!
I had a healing, comfortable and amazing birth experience using Hypnobabies®, which inspired me to become a Hypnobabies Instructor and a doula myself. I teach Hypnobabies® in English and my most clients are expats living in Hamburg, Germany. As your doula/hypno-doula I will help you to know the German medical system and will advocate/translate for you when needed.
