Along with being a trained Hypnobabies Hypno-Doula, I have been an active member of the Columbia, SC birth community for over two years. I have trained with Childbirth International and am a certified birth doula, as well as a birth photographer.

What makes me different?
I pride myself in my ability to guide the prenatal visits in a productive and empathetic way. There are no time limits for these meetings, but you can expect them to last anywhere from 1-3 hours. My hope is that you feel that you can open up to me and be vulnerable in your wants and needs for your pregnancy. I take the time to get to know you and your family so you can feel comfortable and have a cherished experience with me as your doula.
My doula style is calm and motherly. My goal with each client is to help you feel taken care of and safe in your pregnancy and birth experience. I will strive to be in tune with your emotions so that I can help you recognize them, name them, and guide you through them.
I’ve attended over 40 births, each of them completely unique. I have seen it all, from the natural birth, to the planned cesarean. From the birth where everything went smoothly, to the birth that ended in a true emergency. Because of this, I have the heart and compassion to discuss any and all preferences that you feel you want for your birth with no judgement.
During our first prenatal, you will receive a 20+ page booklet to help you prepare for your birth. During our second prenatal, I will leave you with a special blessing for your birth.
