Witnessing and supporting a Hypnobabies mother is a beautiful process. I believe my role is to support and encourage the Hypnobabies mother and birth partner to reach their goals. I help to inform families of their choices during their birthing time and make informative decisions. I aid in informing care providers of the family’s wishes and choices. I help the mother through her hypnosis and positioning when needed and aid in the process as needed with comfort measures. I am inspired by women and families seeking to have a natural childbirth and watching women evolve into mothers. I completed my training with Academy of Child Birth Educators and Birth By Design Doulas. Other than being a Doula I am a registered Yoga Instructor, I spent 10 years in the Army National Guard as a Medical Evacuation Helicopter Pilot. I am married to my husband Cole and have a son Eli who we welcomed into the world through a peaceful homebirth. I believe a woman was created to give birth and the strength and knowledge needed to birth her baby is innately contained in every woman. I live in Tabor, IA and serve women in Council Bluffs, Omaha, and surrounding areas.
