Along with being a trained Hypnobabies Hypno-Doula, I love to teach personalized birth, breastfeeding and postpartum classes to expectant and new parents in their home. I especially enjoy assisting mothers with breastfeeding and babywearing during postpartum visits after the birth of their baby. My goal is to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and I have recently started the incredible journey towards it. I love empowering mothers to follow their natural instincts and intuition with birth, breastfeeding and parenting.
My favorite thing about attending a Hypnobabies birth is witnessing how comfortable and calm the entire family really is during birthing. I have attended one Hypno-family and hope to attend many more in the future. I have two sweet little girls who are 6 years old and 3.5 years old.
