Melanie is passionate about Hypnobabies,® Spinning Babies, and advocacy. She has extensive experience with couples, single parents, birthing people over 36, LGBTQIA & QTBIPOC families, including transmasculine and non-binary birthing people, IVF, multiples, VBAC, VBA2C, people in recovery, survivors of assault, and navigating bias in the birth room, and will provide Christian birth support to those who request it.
As a Hypnobabies® Hypno-Doula, Melanie supports her clients in using all the tools that are available to them. She has a very soothing voice and energy that her clients find extremely beneficial, especially when reading scripts and prompts during their birthing time. She loves to create a hypno-friendly environment in the birthing room, and is adept at modeling the language and cues to help keep the medical team (doctors, nurses, midwives) focused on supporting the family's Hypnobabies'-centered goals.
