After having two challenging, yet beautiful natural births, I found Hypnobabies. It empowered me to have an AMAZING childbirth experience, with my third, that has changed my outlook on birth. Now I am very passionate about helping to empower my students to have the joyful birth experience they are looking for. As a Hypnobabies Instructor I am here to educate, support, and help prepare couples for their own special birthing of their beautiful baby.
