Along with being a Hypnobabies instructor, I am a psychotherapist who is passionate about working with women on postpartum issues. I am also a member of La Leche League and I am active in the Charlotte birth community. I also provide Hypno-Doula services to a few select clients.
Hi! My name is Liz Hudson and I am a hypno-mom to a beautiful little boy that I gave birth to in 2016. I always knew that I wanted to birth outside of the hospital and truly believed that I could do it naturally and without any medical interventions. Fast forward many years to when I became pregnant in 2015. I was lucky enough to find Hypnobabies and knew that it was the program for me. After taking the classes I was a firm believer! Our son was born on April 28, 2016 and thanks to Hypnobabies, I was able to have the comfortable natural birth that I always wanted. After my experience I became a sort of "birth junkie" and became fascinated with all things "birthy." I knew I wanted to help empower other moms who wanted to experience childbirth in an easy, comfortable, and natural way. So here I am! I believe that we are all strong, powerful and capable women who can have the birth we always imagined!
