In addition to my Hypno-Doula training, I have been a doula for 5 years. I have a B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I have been trained in various types of massage therapy, aromatherapy and herbalism. I also offer placenta art and encapsulation.
My philosophy is "A woman's body is made to grow and birth a baby". I am happy to be able to support women who choose to use the Hypno-Babies program. It is a unique way of experiencing birth to the fullest potential. I am happy to hold space for a mother and her partner to flow with the birth process and allow them time to make informed decisions regarding their birth.
