Congratulations on making the decision to have a more comfortable, joyful and positive birthing experience with Hypnobabies! I am a trained birth doula through DONA, a Lactation Educator Counselor (CLEC), a Craniosacral Therapist, a registered Hypno-Doula, a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist and a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor serving the Twin Cities metro area in Minnesota. I teach Hypnobabies in southwest Minneapolis.

Hypnobabies is what I specialize in as a doula and have been able to assist in wonderful, fast, calm, dare I say pain-free (Hypnobabies does not promise, but it happens!) births since summer of 2012. I love the positive philosophy embedded in Hypnobabies and the ability for people to really have influence on how their birth goes. The tools are second-to-known and the education is very comprehensive so families can really be informed decision makers. I love that! I also like to work with essential oils and homeopathy, and partner with other healthcare providers such as chiropractors, massage therapists and a Restorative Exercise specialists. I like to take a holistic approach to pregnancy and birth to encourage a more positive experience.
