Hi! I've been married to my amazing husband, Shane since 2010. He is a pediatric, prenatal, and NUCCA specialty chiropractic physician in a multidisciplinary functional medicine office. We have two kids so far, Scarlett (4) and Kannon (2). We also have a little yorkie named Bear. Shane and I took a different childbirth class with our first to save a little money while in grad school, had a home birth transfer to hospital, resulting in a very long, painful although medicated, traumatic birth experience and everything we didn't want in a birth short of a cesarean with our first. We were determined to take Hypnobabies with our second to avoid everything that happened with our first and it sure paid off! We both absolutely loved our Hypnobabies classes! It literally is a complete childbirth education program PLUS medical-grade hypnosis (Yes! The same hypnosis that people who are allergic to anesthesia use to undergo medical and dental surgeries!), and so thorough. We had a perfect (to me), amazing, beautiful, fast, easy, comfortable and pain-free, healing, natural, un-medicated, home water birth with our second who was born peacefully into his daddy's hands! Having loved the birth process long before I had experienced it myself I knew I wanted to teach something eventually. Once I took Hypnobabies, I couldn't imagine teaching anything else! I can't wait to share this amazing program with everyone! I believe knowledge is power and Hypnobabies gives you exactly that. I truly feel like Hypnobabies gives you all the education you need to make the most educated and well balanced decisions to have the best birth possible. I wish everyone could take this program, whether on their 1st baby, or their 10th baby, I feel it still has valuable tools to offer. I want everyone to know pregnancy and birth does NOT have to be scary or painful. It CAN be easy, comfortable, and enjoyable!?
