As a Hypno-Doula I draw from all the tools to provide the best support for my clients. I have worked with many clients who have had anxiety, previous truma & fear, to help them remain calm & present during their birth. I belive birth is functional & normal. Therefore I help to educate my clients & then support their choices for their birth. I belive in meeting pepople where they are at & loving on them. I belive everyone deserves love, care and support on their transition into parenthood!
