Beyond my experience as Certified Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor, I also have 10 years as a Certified Yoga Instructor, (over 6 of those years prenatal and postnatally specialized), as well as being both Rebozo and Spinning Babies Certified and of course as mama myself!
I know a peaceful birth experience is possible. I know that birth doesn’t have to be scary; it doesn’t have to be something women try to remove themselves from, but rather a selfless journey that starts with pregnancy and creates mommies, daddies, and families. It changes you; in a way no one can tell you. It’s an experience. I would love for women to look forward to this experience. All births are unique, they cannot be planned, but they can be looked back on with pride, strength and love.
