I've always been interested in the idea of the use of hypnosis during childbirth and after serving several hypno-family I have been absolutely sold on the Hypnobabies program and the benefits that it brings to a birthing mother.
As a mother of three, it's always been very important to me as a doula to simply be that person who truly "gets it" when it comes to childbirth. I've been there, I understand, and I'm going to support you every step of the way. My goal is that as you hold your precious newborn you feel a sense of empowerment and deep love for yourself and your incredible body.
Because I believe that practice does indeed make perfect, I offer a great opportunity for hypno-families to come together for birth rehearsals in which I am there to guide each couple in the practice.
