My latest baby that I birthed was a hypnobabies birth and it was so much different from my other births that I decided I needed to become a hypnobabies doula to help women even further as a doula. This method gave me so much more confidence in my body, confidence I didn't know I needed, even the fifth time around, and also gave me emotional stability.
