I've been supporting women as a Hypnbabies HypnoDoula for 8 years and am so glad to now offer Hypnobabies Childbirth classes. My desire is for you to achieve your ideal birth by providing the instruction you need to navigate your birth journey. As a doula I provide emotional and physical support to help you achieve your goals, giving hypnotic cues, providing encouragement, helping maintain a peaceful and protected environment, and helping you gain access the information you need to make the best choices for your family. I have been working as a doula since 2007 and have supported women through a variety of birth experiences, including home birth, vaginal breech, loss, and inductions without the assistance of pain medication. Not only am I certified as a Hypnobabies Educator and HypnoDoula, but I've used Hypnobabies myself!
