As a Hypnobabies® Hypno-Doula I hope to add to your beautiful birth experience by providing gentle care for the whole family. Letting your birth partner relax while I read scripts or whisper word cues, ensuring continuous play of recordings during your birthing time, preparing meals, caring for fur babies, and/or helping other children in the home understand the natural birth process, are a few of the things I provide. Hypnobabies is my first birth language as I began my Hypnobabies® journey with my first child. For your comfort, we meet twice before your birthing time to discuss your birth plan and go over any questions or concerns you may have. I do my best to answer any questions you might have including providing resources for you to make informed decisions about your birth and baby's earliest days. I love to discuss postpartum care for YOU as well. This is very important and often overlooked. I am CPR/First Aid/AED certified for adults, children, and infants. I have an amazing placenta specialist that I work with if you're invested in that as well. I look forward to working with you and your family!
