I am a trained Hypnobabies® Hypno-Doula CD(DONA)as well as a mother, grandmother, and retired preschool teacher. I am currently taking an EMT class to further my studies.
When I first gave birth to my first baby forty years ago, my Dr. used Hypnosis with his patients. I used his technique with the rest of my children and then taught my children how to use hypnosis to give birth without pain medication. The past few years I began hearing about Hypnobabies® and I noticed that it was the same and better than what I was taught. I have now incorporated it into my doula routine and the mom's and their partners have the most beautiful, relaxing and exciting births without pain and suffering.
