I have been teaching Hypnobabies since 2009. I am a birth and postpartum doula, breastfeeding counselor, and Hypnobabies instructor. I am currently working on becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and enjoying the slow, eventual process of becoming a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM).
I have been certified to teach Hypnobabies since 2009. I have been teaching couples in group classes for the past two years. My favorite thing about Hypnobabies classes and being a Hypno-doula is the empowerment and confidence that each couple develops during their classes and during their births. I have noticed that every couple I work with feels empowered and educated during their birthing experiences, and they show confidence in their abilities to make informed decisions. I love how this confidence affects both the moms and the dads-to-be. I believe this empowerment and confidence starts parents off on the right foot in their parenting journey as well.
