I myself used hypnosis for birth and ended up with two very powerful and life changing birth experiences. I believe that if you tune in to our innate ability to birth, trusting and allowing your body to do it's work, your birthing time will be nothing short of magical! Our babies can enter this world gently and peacefully. I see birth frequently and I witness the strength and power of what practice and preparation can do for a birthing person. It's amazing!
