Along with being a trained Hypnobabies Hypno-Doula, I have also attended doula trainings through DONA and Spinning Babies. Aside from my role as birth doula, I have been teaching prenatal yoga for almost 4 years at Blooma, and facilitate parent education classes and workshops through Modern Parent Village and Early Childhood Family Education.
My first Hypnobabies birth attendance was in April of 2018 and stands out in my mind as calm, smooth, and filled with joy. The family was confident throughout their entire birthing experience. When visiting the family postpartum, both parents expressed how their Hypnobabies practice not only created space for their very best birth, but has also transmitted into their parenting after birth as well. Every family deserves to recall their birth in this way. Every single family.
