As well as being a Trained Hypnobabies® Hypno-Doula, I'm a CAPPA Certified Labor doula, postpartum doula and lactation educator. I also have advance trainings in Rebozo, Spinning Babies and Bereavement.
Through two very different birth experiences I learned the difference having the right tools and support makes. Having those things allowed me to do what I didn't think was possible and was even told wasn't possible at one point in my life. I think Hypnobabies is an invaluable tool for empowering expecting moms in their birth experience, and I wish to come beside them and offer them support as they embark on this new journey in life.
