I'm a registered nurse, and as such, I am perceived to be hospital savvy. I am well aware of the pitfalls couple experience with a hospital birth and guide each couple to feel more confident achieving a low or no intervention birth in a hospital setting. Don't let that fool you though I LOVE home births and work closely with several Hudson Valley Midwives to facilitate an easier birth.
As a Hypnobabies instructor, I pride myself in helping couples become a better team, working together to achieve a more comfortable, easier experience. I enjoy watching both mom and birth partner grow together, improve communication, and begin their journey as parents in a positive setting.
