Just wondering when I can start listening to my Come OUT Baby! track?

And yes, any of your tracks can be safely used at this point in your pregnancy.

You can review the information in your Hypnobabies materials on using your Birthing Day Affirmations tracks as well as your Birth Guide, Easy First Stage. You will also find some more information that can be helpful for natural stimulation techniques.

Hypnobabies also has a downloadable mp3/track called "Come OUT baby!" which can be purchased here:

I am not a medical professional, but from what I remember you're full term at 37 weeks. If you can give birth at home at 37 weeks, then listening to the Birthing Day track/baby come out shouldn't be a problem at 40 weeks. (no?)

I was actually going to ask this same question about the "Birthing Day" track. I'm swiftly on my way to preeclampsia, so they are hoping to break my water, but if they can't, then they will start talking C-section. I am 40 weeks tomorrow. Can I listen to Birthing Day and see if it gets things going?

    Hi Diane,
It is usually best to let your baby decide when he/she is *ready* to come however, if there is pressure to induce (for one reason or another) this track can be used as a natural induction method. You should be full term (past 37 weeks at the *very* minimum) although in my experience most women who use this track are past 40 / 41 + weeks.

Keep in mind as well that research shows that the *average* length of gestation for first time moms is just past 41 weeks (if you have the Hypnobabies materials, you will find this study referenced, along with a link in week 4).

    Hope this helps!
