When Am I Supposed to Use the "Visualize (Create!) Your Hypnobabies Birth" CD?

So, my home study course arrived today and came with the "Visualize (Create!) Your Hypnobabies Birth" CD...

...But it doesn't say on the disk, or in the home study book, or anywhere on the website that I can find WHEN I'm supposed to use this particular track, and how often. I'm pretty frustrated because apparently I can't even call the hotline number from Canada to ask.

Does anybody know?

I was just reading the end of the book in the maintenance section and it recommends at least one a week to do the birth visualization. If you're just starting, maybe wait a week or two to get into the program first and then start adding it in when you have time. I'm trying a VBAC this time, so I've been doing the VBAC visualization track about 2 times per week since about week 4. I still have 3 weeks until my guess date and I'm planning to keep doing it in rotation with everything else on the maintenance list.

    Hi Holly,
Erika is correct in that the Visualize Your Birth session/CD comes into play after you've learned your main tools & becomes part of your maintenance program (I believe it is your "Saturday" session - at least it is in the live classes).

It is important for you to learn your hypnosis tools first before you can start visualizing how you will be using them for your birth. It's a wonderful track that you'll love doing later on!
