Ideas how to keep blood pressure in check?

You are doing something already that can help to lower blood pressure. You mention you're listening to "Come OUT Baby", which aligns your mind and emotions with what your body already knows how to do, in order to allow your baby to be born when you both are ready. I hope you're also listening to your daily maintenance hypnosis tracks, and practicing your 'eyes-open' childbirth hypnosis, finger-drop technique many times daily as outlined in your materials.
When we are in a state of hypnosis, there is an automatic slowing of respiration and profound relaxation which generally results in a gradual lowering of blood pressure. Some people use self-hypnosis, auto-suggestions, to help boost the medications they take for chronic blood pressure issues. While in a deeply relaxing state of hypnosis, you might consider imagining your blood pressure "lowering a little bit more, and a little bit more...with each breath you exhale" every time you are in hypnosis...and consider imagining it lowering...just until it's "the perfect, healthy level for you and your baby". With 'auto-suggestions', we can give ourselves exactly what we need while in hypnosis. So that's one thing you might consider...
Another thing to consider is, reviewing all the information in your workbook about "being healthy and low risk", especially paying attention to the information about the nutritional components protein and calcium, and the information about drinking plenty of water. Sometimes we think that if we're swelling, we should avoid adding fluids and that's the opposite of what our bodies, actually our kidneys need. If we drink 8-10 8-oz. glasses of water daily, more if it's warm outside, more when we are exercising, then we are giving our kidneys adequate fluids to maintain the healthy blood volumes we need to grow our babies, and we're giving our kidneys plenty of water to filter out any waste/byproducts of doing so.
And finally, it might help you to know that Hypnobabies moms have all the tools they need, "no matter what path their baby's birthing takes". You could start listening to your "Birthing Day Affirmations" now in place of your "Joyful Pregnancy Affirmations", since you're within days of your guess date. Listening to your Birthing Day Affirmations, which are written as if your birthing time is happening right now, has helped many Hypnobabies moms to enter their birthing time. The mind is a powerful ally in birthing our babies and hypnosis enhances this mind-body connection further.

I would also add meditation to the list of tools you have. That helps lower bp, and in my opinion, helps with using hypnosis in that you are training your mind to focus (ie focus on your lightswitch, focus on being limp, etc).
I think it's such a bummer when doctors and midwives begin to threaten induction. How could your blood pressure go down with that kind of stress? Constantly worrying and trying to force your body to react based on fear. I hope you can relax and ignore them enough to have the birth you want!!!
