    Hi Ladies,
I'm sorry that you hadn't learned about Hypnobabies earlier as well. Since you don't have time to complete the full program (5 weeks required for the home study), you may consider seeing if you could connect with a qualified hypnotherapist in your area to work one-on-one to learn some self-hypnosis tools.

My concern as well! I'm due September 2nd and was wondering what would be most beneficial for me to look into at this point so close to my due date. I wish I would have learned about this earlier but am planning on a natural delivery (my first, so we'll see how that goes!) and am definitely in need of stress reliever/calming and relaxation tips for the entire labor/delivery process. I'd love to hear more as well as what will be most beneficial this close to my due date.
    Thanks!

    Hi Tara,

I am due August 27th. I'm guessing it would be too late for me to register for the 6 week course at this point. Would you recommend I purchase the self-study course even though it takes 5 weeks and I am about 4 weeks away from my anticipated delivery date?

    Thank you,
    TT
