When we first saw this video on You Tube we wondered if she had taken Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis classes, because she was so calm and peaceful. So I asked if she did.
This was her response. “Yes, I used a combination of Hypnobabies and just stuff I remembered from Ina Mae’s “Guide to Childbirth” book. It worked quite well for me.“
